루나링크(LUNALINK)(이하 "회사")는 아이유봄 앱과 이 웹사이트(이하 "서비스")에서 개인정보를 최소로 수집하고, 아동의 정보는 돌봄에 꼭 필요한 연령대만 받습니다. 이 방침은 「개인정보 보호법」(대한민국), GDPR(EU/EEA·영국), CCPA/CPRA(미국 캘리포니아)를 함께 반영합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보

2. 이용 목적
- 부모와 시터의 조건 매칭(지역·경력·교육·시간·성향·신뢰 점수 계산)과 검색 결과 제공
- 시터 신원·학력·경력·자격 확인과 등급 부여, 교육 과정 운영
- 메시지·일정·돌봄 세션 기록 전달, 후기·랭킹 표시
- 신고 처리, 부정 이용 방지, 안전 사고 대응
- 유료 기능 제공과 구독·가입비 상태 확인
- 문의 응대, 법령상 의무 이행
3. 아동 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세(대한민국) / 16세(EU) / 13세(미국) 미만 아동이 직접 이용할 수 없고, 아동 정보는 보호자가 입력하는 연령대와 메모만 받습니다. 돌봄 세션 사진은 보호자와 시터가 합의한 경우에만 올리며, 앱이 기기에서 얼굴을 흐린 뒤 전송합니다. 보호자는 앱에서 언제든 기록과 사진을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 아동의 정확한 위치는 어떤 경우에도 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
4. 보유 기간과 파기
- 계정·프로필·메시지·일정·돌봄 기록·후기·찜: 계정 삭제 시 즉시 삭제(앱 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제). 삭제된 계정과 주고받은 메시지는 상대방 화면에서도 사라집니다.
- 시터 검증 서류: 검수 완료 후 90일 안에 파기(검수 결과 기록만 남김). 가입 거절·철회 시 즉시 파기.
- 신고·차단·제재 기록: 안전과 분쟁 대응을 위해 처리 완료 후 3년 보관 후 파기(신고자·피신고자가 계정을 삭제해도 식별자만 남긴 채 보관).
- 결제 기록: 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 5년.
- 문의 기록: 처리 완료 후 3년.
5. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁
회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 매칭에 필요한 범위에서 부모에게는 시터의 활동명·사진·소개·경력·학력·언어·배지·후기가, 시터에게는 부모의 활동명·아동 연령대·희망 조건·메시지가 보입니다. 서류와 이메일은 상대방에게 보이지 않습니다.

6. 국외 이전
서비스는 Cloudflare 의 전 세계 엣지 인프라에서 운영되어 이용자의 데이터가 이용자 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. EU/영국 거주자의 경우 표준계약조항(SCC)·영국 IDTA 등 적정 보호조치를 적용한 수탁자만 사용합니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회는 앱(설정 → 계정)에서 직접 하거나 문의 양식으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 접수 후 30일 안에(GDPR 1개월, CCPA 45일) 처리하고, 본인 확인을 위해 로그인 이메일 인증을 요청할 수 있습니다. 법정대리인은 아동 관련 정보에 대해 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
8. EU/EEA·영국 거주자(GDPR·UK GDPR)
- 처리 근거: 계약 이행(제6조 1항 b — 매칭·메시지·일정·결제), 정당한 이익(f — 부정 이용 방지·안전·서비스 개선), 동의(a — 선택 항목인 사진·MBTI, 시터 서류 제출), 법적 의무(c — 결제 기록 보관).
- 권리: 접근·정정·삭제·처리 제한·이동·반대권, 동의 철회권. 자동화된 매칭 점수는 추천 순서에만 쓰이며 법적 효력이 있는 결정을 내리지 않습니다.
- 감독기관: 거주 국가의 데이터 보호 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 EU 역내에 사업장이 없으며, 필요 시 대리인을 지정해 이 페이지에 공지합니다.
9. 캘리포니아 거주자(CCPA/CPRA)
회사는 개인정보를 판매하거나 교차 맥락 행동 광고 목적으로 공유하지 않으며, 광고 추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 알 권리·삭제권·정정권·차별받지 않을 권리를 7항의 방법으로 행사할 수 있습니다. 민감정보(정확한 위치 등)는 수집하지 않습니다. 지난 12개월 동안 수집한 항목은 1항과 같습니다.
10. 대한민국 거주자(개인정보 보호법)
만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 법정대리인의 동의 없이 수집하지 않으며, 서비스는 아동이 직접 가입할 수 없게 설계되어 있습니다. 위치정보는 「위치정보법」상 개인위치정보에 해당하지 않도록 약 1km 격자 단위로만 처리합니다. 이용자는 개인정보 침해에 대해 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972), 개인정보침해신고센터(118)에 신고할 수 있습니다.
11. 안전성 확보 조치
전 구간 TLS 암호화, 저장 데이터 암호화(Cloudflare 기본), 운영자 접근 토큰 분리, 검증 서류는 본인과 운영자만 접근, 정확한 좌표 비저장, 요청 본문 비로깅, 봇 차단과 속도 제한을 적용합니다.
12. 쿠키
웹 시터 가입 흐름에서 로그인 유지용 세션 쿠키(iy_s, HttpOnly, 30일) 하나만 사용합니다. 광고·분석 쿠키는 없습니다.

14. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행일 7일 전(중요한 변경은 30일 전)에 이 페이지와 앱 공지로 알립니다.
LUNALINK ("we") collects as little personal data as possible in the IYUBOM app and this website (the "Service"), and collects only a child's age band. This policy reflects the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the GDPR/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA.

2. Purposes
- Matching parents and sitters (location, experience, training, schedule, personality and trust scores) and showing search results
- Verifying sitter identity, education, experience and certificates; assigning tiers; running training courses
- Delivering messages, bookings and care-session records; showing reviews and rankings
- Handling reports, preventing abuse, responding to safety incidents
- Providing paid features and checking subscription/fee status
- Answering enquiries and meeting legal obligations
3. Children's data
Children under 14 (Korea), 16 (EU) or 13 (US) cannot use the Service themselves. We collect only the age band and notes a guardian enters. Care-session photos are uploaded only when parent and sitter agree, and the app blurs faces on the device before upload. Guardians can delete records and photos in the app at any time. We never collect or store a child's precise location.
4. Retention
- Account, profiles, messages, bookings, care logs, reviews, favourites: deleted immediately when you delete your account (App Settings → Account → Delete account). Messages with a deleted account also disappear for the other party.
- Sitter verification documents: destroyed within 90 days after review (only the review outcome is kept); immediately if the application is rejected or withdrawn.
- Reports, blocks and enforcement records: kept 3 years after resolution for safety and dispute handling (identifiers only, even after account deletion).
- Payment records: 5 years under the Korean E-Commerce Act.
- Contact records: 3 years after resolution.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. Within the Service, parents see a sitter's display name, photo, bio, experience, education, languages, badges and reviews; sitters see a parent's display name, child age bands, preferences and messages. Documents and email addresses are never shown to the other party.

6. International transfers
The Service runs on Cloudflare's global edge, so your data may be processed outside your country. For EU/UK residents we use only processors covered by appropriate safeguards (SCCs, UK IDTA). The Service cannot be used without these transfers.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and withdrawal of consent are available in the app (Settings → Account) or through the contact form. We respond within 30 days (one month under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA) and may ask you to confirm your sign-in email. Legal guardians may exercise these rights for information about their child.
8. EU/EEA and UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
- Legal bases: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) — matching, messaging, bookings, payments); legitimate interests (f — abuse prevention, safety, service improvement); consent (a — optional photo and MBTI, sitter document submission); legal obligation (c — payment records).
- Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. The automated match score only orders recommendations and produces no decision with legal effect.
- Supervisory authority: you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
- We have no establishment in the EU; if a representative is appointed it will be announced on this page.
9. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we use no advertising trackers. You may exercise the rights to know, delete, correct and not be discriminated against as described in section 7. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as precise geolocation. The categories collected in the past 12 months are listed in section 1.
10. Residents of Korea (PIPA)
We do not collect personal data of children under 14 without a legal guardian's consent, and the Service is designed so children cannot register. Location is handled only at a ~1 km grid level so it does not constitute personal location information under the Location Information Act. Complaints may be filed with the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972) or the Privacy Call Centre (118).
11. Security
TLS everywhere, encryption at rest (Cloudflare default), separate operator access tokens, verification documents readable only by the owner and operators, no precise coordinates stored, request bodies never logged, bot protection and rate limiting.
12. Cookies
The web sitter-application flow uses a single session cookie (iy_s, HttpOnly, 30 days) to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
