교육으로 성장Grow with training
기본·안전·실무·보수·심화 과정. 수료하면 매칭 점수의 교육 항목(15점)이 올라가요. 수료 배지는 "민간 교육 수료"로 표시돼요.Basics, safety, hands-on, refresher and advanced courses. Completion raises the training part (15 pts) of your match score. Badges are shown as private-course completion.
조건이 맞는 요청만Requests that fit
활동 지역·반경, 가능 요일·시간, 언어를 등록하면 그 조건에 맞는 부모에게 먼저 보여요.Set your area and radius, available days and hours and languages — you are shown first to families that match.
가입 요건Requirements
- 만 18세 이상(국가별 성년 기준)Age 18+ (or the age of majority in your country)
- 신분증, 학력·경력·자격 서류(해당 시) 제출과 확인 동의Government ID plus education, experience and certificate documents where applicable, with consent to verification
- 국가별 아동 관련 범죄경력 조회 등 법정 요건이 있는 경우 그 절차에 협조Cooperation with any statutory child-safety background check required in your country

절차Steps
- 로그인Sign in
이메일로 6자리 인증번호를 받아 로그인해요.Sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email. - 신청서 작성Application form
활동명, 지역, 언어, 경력, 학력, 소개, 가능 시간과 서류를 올려요. 위치는 약 1km 격자로만 저장돼요.Display name, area, languages, experience, education, bio, availability and documents. Location is stored only as a ~1 km grid cell. - 가입비 결제Registration fee
루나링크 결제 창구에서 1회 가입비를 결제해요(국내 카드, 해외는 Paddle). 금액은 결제 화면에 표시돼요.Pay a one-time fee at the LunaLink checkout (cards in Korea, Paddle elsewhere). The amount is shown at checkout. - 서류 검수Document review
영업일 3일 안에 확인하고 결과를 메일로 알려 드려요.We review within 3 business days and email the result. - 앱에서 활동Work from the app
승인되면 앱에 같은 계정으로 로그인해 요청을 받고 돌봄 세션을 진행해요.Once approved, sign in to the app with the same account to receive requests and run sessions.
가입비는 검수가 시작되면 환불되지 않아요. 단, 결제 후 검수 시작 전이거나 법정 청약철회 기간(대한민국 7일, EU 14일) 안이면 전액 환불돼요. 자세한 조건은 이용약관 4조에 있어요.The fee is non-refundable once review has started. It is fully refunded if review has not started or within the statutory withdrawal period (7 days in Korea, 14 days in the EU). See Terms §4.
